Gordon  DunnThe death occurred at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Friday, September 3, 2010 of Mr. Gordon S. “Gordie” Dunn of Chestnut Street, Charlottetown age 69 years.
He is survived by his sisters Barbara Imough and Janie (Ted) Kitson; brothers Clarence Dunn and Joe (Elaine) Dunn; special nephew Justin MacFarlane; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents Clarence “Chow” and Helen (Peterson) Dunn; sisters Florence Dunn, Joan Dunn, Edna Ryan, Beatrice “Beatty” Morton, Dorothy Dunn, Frances Sudsbury, Janet Dunn, and brothers Lloyd “Poggy” Dunn, Robert “Bobby” Dunn, Jackie Dunn and John “Johnny Boy” Dunn.
Resting at the Hennessey Funeral Home until 9:45 on Wednesday morning then transferred to the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer for funeral mass at 10 a.m.
Interment to follow in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown.
Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m.
If so desired memorial contributions may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the P.E.I. Cancer Treatment Centre.

The death occurred peacefully at the Summerset Manor, Summerside on Friday, September 3rd, 2010 of William “ Bill ” Eric Cackette of Summerside and formerly of Vancouver, B.C. , aged 85 years.
Bill was born on August 17th , 1925 in Vancouver , B.C. to his late parents, Eric & Margaret ( nee Cooke ) Cackette.
Beloved husband of Evelyn ( nee Paris ) Cackette and loving father of Willy , Genia Ainsworth, Janis Cackette & Susan ( Dan ) Matthews, all of Vancoucver, B.C.. Also lovingly remembered by his granddaughter Katrina ( Craig ) Swain , 2 great children Larkin & Teigan , step-children James Paris of Edmonton, AB., Donna Paris of Toronto, ON., Bruce of Montreal, Que., Beverley Paris & Sandra Paris of Summerside, 7 loving grandchildren and 3 step great-grandchildren. Survived by his brother Fred ( Irene ) Cackette of Alberta and his sister Janis Ulstein of Seattle, Wash.
Besides his parents, Bill was predeceased by his brother Dick ( Susan ) Cackette.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Wednesday, September 8th , then to Summerside Baptist Church for funeral service at 11:00 a.m. .

Beloved husband of Margaret French (nee Young) and loving father of Carol Ann Young (Myron Ryan), Tracey French, Allan French (Kathy – deceased), and Kimberley MacLeod (Mike McGarry).
He is also survived by grandsons – Mitchell Bingley and Brent MacLeod and granddaughter – Charley MacLeod; Sisters – Elsie Bennett (Nelson) and June Barter; brother – Clayton French (Joan) and sister-in-law Shirley French and numerous nieces and nephews.

Grandmother of Pamela (Craig) Ohmsieder, Chad (Jonya) Bond, Laura (Chris) Peters, Leigh Semple, Charity, Andrew (Elizabeth), James (Stephanie) and William Semple and great grandmother to Harrison, Caroline and Katherine Ohmsieder, Andrew and Elle Peters.

Francis “Charlie”, Morell; Susan (Fred) Cheverie, Souris; Ellen Hennessey, Charlottetown; James (Kathy), Petitcodiac; MaryLeah (Kipper) Doyle, Morell; Tony (Becky), Morell; Patty (Robert) McBean, Scotland; Peggy (Hugh) Logan, Lakeside; Mark (Kim) Morell. Sisters: Jean (William) O’Hanley, Morell; Mary (Lou) Palmer, Antigonish; brother, Walter “Babe” (Daphne) Morell; sister in-laws Helen, and Marion and brother-in-law Gil Collins. Nine grandchildren: Skylar, Chloe, Will, Brody Molly-Grace, Bella, Stacey, Ashley and Chelsey. Resting at the Evangeline Funeral Home until Saturday, then to St. Phillippe and St. Jacques Church in Egmont Bay for funeral mass at 11 a.m.
Visitation shall be received on Friday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and also from 9:30 on Saturday until time of funeral.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Diabetic Association or the Autistic Association would be appreciated.
