Dear father of Andrea Greenan (Clarence), Alan (Barbara) and Craig (Kim). Grandfather of John and David Greenan, Nicholas MacKenzie and Jack and Emma MacKenzie. Brother of Clarence (Dorothy), Earl “Buddy” (Doreen), and Marilyn MacLeod (Arnold).
Predeceased by his wife Audrey (Kitson) MacKenzie, by his parents Dan and Pearl (MacLean) MacKenzie and by his brother Carl.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home. Funeral service Thursday at St. James Presbyterian Church, (The Kirk) at 2:00 p.m. with reception to follow at Confederation Centre Art Gallery. Family flowers only.

The death occurred at his home in North Rustico on Monday, May 27, 2013, of Dougie Gallant, beloved partner of Patsy Gallant, age 74.
Dougie is survived by his sister, Sandi Craddock (Frank), Barrie, Ontario; brothers, Clarke Gallant (Peggy), Covehead, P.E.I., and John Barry Gallant (Shannon Connolly), North Rustico; his nieces and nephews, Darren, Jennifer and Julie Craddock; Elizabeth and Jonathan Gallant; Sydney and Patrick Gallant; and Ida Noonan; and brothers-in-law, Carl Pineau (Bonita), Eddie Pineau and Moe Sherry.
He was predeceased by his parents, Johnnie James and Rita (May) Gallant; and his brother, Blair.
Resting at Central Queen’s Funeral Home, 2538 Glasgow Road, New Glasgow for visitation on Wednesday, May 29, 2013, from 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at Stella Maris Roman Catholic Church, North Rustico, on Thursday, May 30, 2013 at 10:30 a.m.

At her home in Hebron with her family by her side, on Monday, May 27, 2013 of C. Pearl Hierlihy-Parker, aged 86. Born on January 26, 1927 in Springfield West, daughter of the late Lewis and Annie Belle (Gillis) MacKenzie.
Dear mother to Stanley (Nancy) Hierlihy, Hebron; Lois (Arnold) Rayner, Enmore; Betty (Ira) Kember, Linkletter; Peggy Hierlihy, Hebron; Hazel (Serge) Leger, Nouvelle, QC; Ruth (Kenny) McKenna, Norboro; Mark Hierlihy, Toronto, ON and David (Angela), Hebron and loving grandmother to 26 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
Pearl is also survived by sisters Josie Clements, Margaret MacMillan and Lila N MacKenzie; sisters in law: Verna MacKenzie, Olive MacKenzie, Jeanette MacKenzie, Lila Mae MacKenzie, Ethel Gallant, Hazel Hierlihy and Shirley Hierlihy.
Predeceased by her parents, first husband Foster Hierlihy in 1980 and second husband Sidney Parker in 1992, sisters and brothers: Bernice (Jamie) MacWilliams, Charles, Annie Mae (Lyle) Sweezey, Lewis, Jack, Albert, Donnie, Alwyn (John) Smallman and brothers in law: Lowell Clements, Albert MacMillan, Tom and Arnold Hierlihy.
Resting at the Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O’Leary with visiting hours Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral service Thursday in the Chapel at 11:00am. Interment to follow in People’s Cemetery, Mount Royal.

Rita M. Arsenault (nee Gallant), of Wellington, and formerly of St.Chrysostome, passed peacefully from this earth into the arms of her late husband, Tilmon P. Arsenault, her late daughter, Louise, and her God and Saviour on Sunday, May 26th at the age of 91, at the O`Leary Community Hospital.
She was born on June 25, 1921 to the late Cyrus and Edna Gallant.
She is survived by her thirteen children: Roger (Rita) Arsenault of Riverview, NB.; Urbain (Geneva) Arsenault of Summerside, PE; Edgar (Firma) Arsenault of Wellington, PE; ZellaBeaulac of Charlottetown, PE; Leonce (Marilyn) of Pickering, ON; Louis (Bernice) of Mont Carmel, PE; Lucia Cameron (Paul Smith) of Kelvin Grove, PE; Yvon (Angele) Arsenault of Wellington, PE; Colette Arsenault of Abram-Village, PE; Roland (Sandra) Arsenault of Wellington, PE; Albert (Corinne) Arsenault of Wellington, PE; Cecilia (Mike) Guerrette, of Madawaska, Maine; and Julia (Peter) Austin of San Jose, California.
She will be greatly missed by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-granddaughter. She is also survived by her brother, Edgar (Annette) Gallant of Ottawa, ON; sister, Louise (late Joseph) Arsenault of Wellington,PE; brother, Dolor (Melina) Gallant of Scarborough, ON; brother, Elmer (Avola) Gallant of Abram-Village, PE; sister-in-law, Zelma (late Edmond) Gallant of Wellington, PE; Doreen (late Tilmon) Gallant of Abram-Village,PE.
She was predeceased by her brother and sister-in-law, Gustave and Thelma Gallant of Ontario, brother and sister-in-law, Donat and Emily Gallant of Summerside, PE, brother Edmond Gallant as well as a special son-in-law, Eric Cameron.

Beloved husband of Gloria (nee McCarthy) and loving father of Natalie McIsaac (Guy),Stephanie Boulter, Michelle Cudmore (Jamie), Stacey Morris (Jason), Kim Chandler and Stephen Ellsworth (Gail). Jack is also lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Bailey, Morgan, Jackson, Ava, John, Ben, Tess, Paige, Chelsey (Luke), Jessica, Chandler, Janson, Amber and Katie, great grandchild Noah Jack, sisters Jean (Sterling) MacRae and Alma (William) Nunn.
He was predeceased by his parents Harold and Dorothy (Smith) Chandler, granddaughter Monica Smith, mother and father-in-law Joe and Bertha McCarthy, sisters-in-law Donna and Crystal Trainor, niece Susan MacRae, nephew-in-law Irwin Mitchell.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home until Wednesday morning, then transferred to St. Augustine’s Church, South Rustico for funeral service at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow in St. Augustine’s Parish Cemetery.
Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.

Phillip James Flemming

Phillip James Flemming, Age 68, of Alliston, Ontario, passed away on May 25, 2013.
A Visitation for those that wish to pay their respects will take place in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island from 2-5 pm on Friday May 31, 2013, at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home followed by a burial ceremony and a reception for those that can attend.
Family visitation will be held at 2-4 at W John Thomson Funeral Home in Alliston, Ontario on Tuesday May 28, 2013 with friends and neighbours welcome at a second visitation at 7-9.
There will be a memorial service organized by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers at a time to be announced.
Phil was born in Halifax on September 14, 1944.
Phil survived Ethel Smith Flemming who passed away in June, 2004.
Phil was also married to Loretta Flemming on March 17, 2006; they were married 7 years.
Phil worked for the IBEW for 43 years and became District Vice President of Canada in August, 2005. Phil held a prominent career where he developed great friendships and garnered respect and accolades throughout it.
Phil enjoyed Golfing, Boating but most of all laughing with friends and family.
Phil is survived by his wife Loretta Flemming, his sons Darren Flemming and Jeff Flemming, his step daughters Holly Clark and Chelsea Clark-Martin, his grandchildren Holly Flemming and Summer Flemming and his brother Clarey Flemming along with many other friends and family.
Phil is preceded in death by his wife Ethel Flemming and his sister Joan Redmond.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in his name. The family wishes to thank everyone for their well wishes.

Judy was born on July 26th , 1947 in Summerside, P.E.I. to her late parents Wilfred and Angie ( nee DeCoste ) Doucette.
Beloved wife of Claude Simpson. Survived by her brother Gus ( Donna ) Doucette of Summerside and her sisters Carol ( David ) Parker of Slemon Park , Donna ( Tony ) Yantha of Clinton and Elaine Miousse of St. Bruno, QC.. Also lovingly remembered by several nieces and nephews.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside until Thursday, May 30th for a funeral service at the funeral home chapel at 10:00 a.m.
Interment to take place at St. John’s Anglican Church Cemetery, St. Eleanors.
