Peacefully at the Palliative Care Unit of the Prince Edward Home on Wednesday, January 11, 2012 of Jimmy Shea of Johnstons River, age 64 Yrs.
Beloved husband of Mary Shea (nee McCarthy) and loving father of Tanya Irwin (Ivan) and Darren Shea (Suzanne).
Jimmy is also survived by sisters – Ann Tassell (Jack), Angela Gallant (Gary – deceased), Patsy Knox (Donnie), Ethel Campbell (Johnny), Gail McKie (Henry) and Norma Pitre (Danny); brothers – Albert (Carmen), Justin (Shirley), Vincent (Janet), Glen (Sheila), Terry (Bridget) and Bernard and sister-in-law, Myra Shea.
He was predeceased by his parents – Albert and Ella Shea and brother – Joe Shea.
Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, 2 Hollis Ave., Stratford for visitation on Friday, January 13, 6-9 P.M. (Only).
Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, January 14, at St. Patrick’s Church, Fort Augustus at 1:30 P.M. Interment will follow at Mt. Ryan Cemetery.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Hospice Palliative Care or QEH Foundation would be appreciated.
