At the The Riverview Manor in Montague on Sunday, January 22, 2012, of Annie “Myrtle” MacKinnon (nee Kemp) of Brooklyn, age 96 years.
Wife of the late George MacKinnon.
Loving mother of Seymour, Hector (Marlyn), Annie (Willis) Jenkins, Sinclair (Peggy), Colin (Evelyn), Isabel (Dan) Anderson, Barry (Jeannie), Charlie (Shirley), Lloyd (Darlene), Leslie (Pat), Myrtle (Joe) Hambly, Lester, Diane Clark and George.
Cherished grandmother of 35 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
Also survived by brother Vincent Kemp.
Pre-deceased by daughters Gladys and Jessie.
Resting at Ferguson’s Montague Funeral Home until Wednesday, then to Hillcrest United Church for funeral service at 11:00 am.
Interment to take place in the Brooklyn Cemetery.
Visitation: Tuesday 6-8 p.m. only.
