Peacefully, at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Sunday, August 29, 2010, of John McNally, of Carol Avenue, Summerside, aged 71 years.
Born in Summerside, he was the son of the late Leonard and Vera (Morrison) McNally.
John was a long-time employee of Marine Atlantic until his retirement.
Survived by his wife of 48 years, Donna (Bradshaw) McNally; children Karen McNally-Sullivan (Terry Arsenault), Summerside; Scott (Ulyana) McNally Sherwood Park, AB; Michael McNally, Victoria, BC; beloved granddaughters Stefanie and Sofia; sisters Laura Webber, Comox, BC; Ethel (Lorne) Charlton, Sherwood Park, AB; brother Patrick McNally, Cambridge, ON; brothers-in-law Tom Bradshaw, Newton; and Fred Lee, ON.
Predeceased by his sister Irene Lee; brothers-in-laws Rand Bradshaw and Royce Webber.
Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, where funeral service will be held on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. Interment in Searletown Cemetery, Searletown.
Visiting hours Wednesday from 6 – 9 p.m. Memorial donations to the PEI Humane Society, Trinity United Church, or a Charity of your choice, would be appreciated.
