Perry, Anthony JosephThe death occurred peacefully & surrounded by his loving family at his late residence , on Monday, May 31st , 2010 of Anthony Joseph Perry of Summerside and formerly of St. Nicholas, P.E.I. , aged 85 years. Tony was born on May 9th, 1925 in St. Nicholas, P.E.I. to his late parents Emile & Eva ( nee Poirier ) Perry.
Beloved husband of Barbara Jean ( Preve ) Perry and loving father of Connie ( Perry ) Coffin of Saint John, N.B and Tracy Perry of Toronto, Ont.. Also lovingly remembered by his granddaughters Alexandra & Lily Coffin. Survived by his sister Lorriane ( Ronnie ) Bourgeois of Moncton, N.B., his brother-in-law Wayne ( Lori ) Preve and his sister-in-law Lynn Preve all of New Hampshire, U.S.A..
Besides his parents, Tony was predeceased by his sisters Doreen in infancy, Zelma Doucette and Anita Laughlin.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Thursday, June 3rd, for funeral mass at St. Paul’s Church, Summerside 10:30 a.m. .
Interment to take place in the church cemetery.
Visiting hours on Wednesday , 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 p.m. .
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Tony’s memory to the P.E.I. Lung Association or the Home Care Palliative Care Program would be greatly appreciated.

Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Monday, May 31, 2010 of Mr. Roland Peter “Muck” Walsh of Charlottetown, age 72 years.
He was the son of the late Barry and Josephine (Vessey) Walsh, and brother of Paul “Ike” Walsh, Carol (Charles) Cirtwill, Pat Walsh, Eileen Arsenault, Debbie (Lionel) Belfield, and Allison Walsh. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Roland was predeceased by his brother Donnie, infant brother Barry A., and sisters, Frances and Beverly.
Resting at the Hennessey Funeral Home from where a private funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel.
There will be no visiting hours by personal request.
If so desired memorial contributions may be made to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Equipment Fund.

Mary Eleanor FraserPeacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown on Saturday, May 29, 2010, with her daughters by her side, of Mary Eleanor Fraser, beloved wife of the late B. Stewart Fraser, of 203 Poplar Street, Alberton, in her 74th year.
Born in Alberton on June 6, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Heber and Muriel (nee Clark) Ramsay. Cherished mother to Lynne Maxwell and Susan Hendricken. Loving grandmother to: Jeffrey Maxwell (Avra), Steven Maxwell, Scott Maxwell, Annie Hendricken and Emily Hendricken. Dear sister to Anna (Errison) MacLeod. She is also survived by her sisters and brothers in law, Mildred (Bert) MacKenzie, Vie (Late Keir) Fraser, Reg (Vinnie) Fraser, Charlie (Elaine) Fraser, Roy (Ruby) Fraser and June (Fred) Hamill.
Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home Alberton. Visiting hours Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A celebration of Eleanor’s life will be held on Tuesday June 1st, from the Gordon Memorial United Church Alberton at 3:00 p.m. Rev. Sue Paterson officiating.
A private family interment to take place at Hillcrest Cemetery.

Survived by her daughter Karen (Peter) MacDonald, Charlottetown; son Philip (Sandra) Hardy, Summerside; grandsons Steven and Michael Hardy; brother Nelson Hatherley, Charlottetown; sister-in-law Isabel Hardy, Montrose; several nieces and nephews; and by all her special friends.
Predeceased by her husband Norman Hardy; infant son Arthur Paul; sister Beatrice (Spurgeon) Moore; brother George Hatherley; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Virgelia Hatherley, Mabel (Reg) Travers and Raymond Hardy.

DesRoches of Summerside and formerly of Egmont Bay, P.E.I. , aged 72 years. Emmett was born on July 9th, 1937 in Summerside, P.E.I. to his late parents Emmett & Bibienne ( nee Arsenault ) DesRoches.
Survived by his sisters Stella Young of Miramichi, N.B., Helen ( Francis ) Forbrigger of Dartmouth, N.S. and Elsie Sicott of Montreal, Quebec , his step-mother Grace DesRoches of Sydney, N.S.. Also by his aunts Madeleine Bartoszynski, Christina DesRoches, Rose DesRoches all of Summerside, Eva Mahar of Charlottetown along with numerous nieces & nephews.
Besides his parents, Emmett was predeceased by his grandparents, Fidele & Maryann DesRoches who raised him since the age of two , his sister Norma Wall, brothers-in-law Ambrose Young and Bernard Sicott and also many aunts and uncles.
