The death occurred peacefully at the Souris Hospital on Thursday, April 29, 2010 of Roy Hemphill, age 81 years.
Husband of the late Violet Berryman. Father of Rhonda and stepson Wendell. Survived by sister Margaret (Colin) Landry of Ottawa. Predeceased by brothers; John and Lloyd.
Resting at the Dingwell Funeral Home in Souris for visiting hours on Sunday, May 2nd, 2010, 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral to be held on Monday morning, May 3, 2010 at St. Davids United Church in Georgetown for funeral service st 11:00 am. Interment in the church cemetery.
Donations to the PEI Humane Society in Roy’s memory would be appreciated.
