At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Charlottetown on Tuesday April 27, 2010 of Dale C. Smith of Freetown aged 54 years. Born in Summerside May 2, 1955.
To be remembered and loved dearly by Mother Blanche (Reeves) Francis and the late Clifford Francis; husband Derek Smith, sons Christian Handrahan (Melissa Fraser) and Cody Smith; sister Deborah (Terry) Davis, brother Grant (Ferne) Francis and her loyal companion Sir Dudley. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington.
No visitation by personal request. A private family funeral will be held on Friday in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel. Interment in People’s Cemetery Freetown. If so desired memorial contributions may be made to the Autism Society of PEI.
