At her farm residence, Argyle Shore where she resided with her daughter Anne, on Thursday, February 18, 2010 of Dorothy J. “Dot” MacPhail (nee Good), age 88 years.
Dear mother of Gayle MacPhail-Crighton, Bonnie Cousins (Ken), and Anne MacPhail. Loving grandmother of John Mutch (Sharon) and Natalie Mutch. Great-grandmother of Andrew and Daniel Stewart, Allie, Rebecca and Justin Mutch. Dorothy is lovingly remembered by her step-children Audrey Wright, Anna Windsor, Eddie MacPhail (Florence), Ewen MacPhail (Annie), Burrows MacPhail (Florence), Lloyd MacPhail (Sue), by her step-grandchildren Mary, Steven, Sandra, Andrew, Cathy, David, Janet, Jennifer, Jayne, Tara, Kimberly, Dean, Chris, Keith and Sharon and by numerous nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her husbands Foster MacPhail and Bert MacPhail, by her parents Leigh and Minnie (Stewart) Good, by her brothers Harold and Roy Good and by her sister Marion Graves (Golden).
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home from where the funeral will be held in the funeral home chapel on Sunday at 2:00 p.m. Interment in Argyle Shore Cemetery. Visitation Saturday 3-5 and 7-9. Memorial donations may be made to Argyle Shore Cemetery Fund, DeSable Free Church of Scotland or the PEI Humane Society.
