Louis G. Pantry (Rtd.)The death occurred at Guelph, Ontario on Wednesday February 17, 2010 of C/Supt. Louis G. Pantry (Rtd) of Charlottetown age 83 years. Former C. O. “ L” Division R.C.M.P.
Husband of Betty Lou Clark and the late Jean (nee Jarvis) Pantry.
Father of Louis G. (Jr.), Pamela (Bob) Jewell and Catherine Pantry. Step father of Beth (Steve) Dewsberry, John L. (Fernanda)and Paul (Mary) Clark. Grandfather of Erica, Erin, Emilie Jewell and Bryce and Nea Pantry. Predeceased by sister Hilary Barritt and brothers Charles and Gary Pantry. Survived by his sisters-in-law Olive Pantry and Jean Pare and brother-in-law John Barritt.
Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel. Funeral Tuesday from St. Paul’s Anglican Church at 10 a.m. Interment in Sherwood Cemetery. If so desired memorials to The Queen Elizabeth Hospital Foundation or The Guelph General Hospital, Guelph would be appreciated. No visiting hours by personal request.

I had the honor of meeting Lou Pantry during my days working in Washington, D.C., in the 1960′s. I was so sorry to read about his passing. He was a fine gentleman. I extend my deepest condolences to his family.
