The death occurred peacefully and surrounded by her loving family at the Prince County Hospital , Summerside, P.E.I. on Saturday , November 28th, 2009 of Barbara Jean Perry of Summerside , aged 53 years. Barbara was born on May 12th , 1956 in Summerside , P.E.I. to her late parents Cedric & Joan ( nee Arsenault ) Perry .
Special friend of Eldon Gallant of Summerside and loving mother of Tracy ( Stuart ) Dugay of Kensington and Debbie ( Tom ) Clements of Calgary, Ab.. Also lovingly remembered by her 4 grandchildren , Skyler & Zachary Dugay and Harley & Jonathan Clements, along with numerous nieces and nephews. Survived by her brothers & sisters: Michael Perry , Vicky ( Hoss ) MacKinnon , Dougie Perry all of Summerside and Lisa ( Glen ) Clow of Miscouche.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Saturday, December 5th for funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 11:00 a.m.. Following cremation, interment will take place in St. Paul’s Church Cemetery, Summerside at a later date. Visiting hours on Friday evening only , 7 – 9 p.m.. Eric will also be sadly missed by his grandchildren – Lindsay Garnhum, Bradley, Gwyneth and Drew McGuirk and Nikolas and Lily Corkum; brothers – Ivan, Gordon and John; and sisters – Gladys Smith, Eileen Shea, Rosemary McGuirk and Shirley McManus.
He was predeceased by his first wife – Linda McGuirk (nee Bradley); his parents Henry and Stella McGuirk; his sisters – Pearl, Doris, Bertha, Tina, and Isabel and brothers – Clifford, Gerald, Elmer and Ralph.
